Adapt or die. That is the motto for Arkansas football after the hire of Chad Morris.

Morris, a former High School coaching legend who worked his way up the ranks to SEC Head Coach, takes over an Arkansas Razorback program formerly led by Bret Bielema. Bielema’s “Big Ten” mentality of using huddles and slowing tempo did not work well (shocker!), and he was fired, making way for an offensive revolution.

While this revamp usually takes time to develop, Morris is great friends with Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn, and took similar routes to become head coaches. Morris has the potential to become as successful as Malzahn has become, but I think that this season will be a learning curve. Morris will make Arkansas great again, so look out for future Hog teams.
