One of the more exciting college football programs to watch over the last decade has been the Stanford Cardinal.  Stanford University has produced great NFL talent, and each of those athletes could lead a Fortune 500 company right after they receive their Bachelor’s Degree.

The Cardinal do not have a strong history against SEC teams (I blame the fact that there are zero bowl agreements between the SEC and Pac-12), playing six current teams in their history, with the most recent being 10-7 loss to Texas A&M in 1992. Stanford has not faced an original member of the SEC since 1978, a 25-22 win over Georgia. Stanford will meet Vanderbilt in 2021, 2024, 2025, and 2027, the only known future games between Stanford and an SEC team.
