#3 OKLAHOMA STATE COWBOYS
Another program that has a rich history with SEC teams, the Oklahoma State Cowboys. The 54-88-1 record over current SEC teams is watered down when you consider that the ‘Pokes used to share a conference with Arkansas, Missouri, and Texas A&M. Take those numbers away (OSU has a losing record against each beforementioned team), and the Cowboys have not had much success against the SEC.
I put Oklahoma State at #3 on this list because of the potential shootout between the offenses. Mike Gundy has put together a quick-paced, gun-slinging offense that rivals any Big XII school. How well would they perform against an Auburn defense? I guess new Athletic Director, Allen Greene, should make a phone call to Stillwater and then we will have our answer.
A neutral-site matchup with the Cowboys would be attractive, as the Cowboys have played neutral-site games with Mississippi State and Florida State.
